Responsibilities include: - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) - Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans - Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians - Monitor treatment integrity and client progress - Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions - Conduct caregiver training and parent education - Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation - Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and monthly clinical meetings - Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support - Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery Qualifications We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a difference.
