This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire. **Qualifications:** - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc. - Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills - Computer skills - Must have satisfactory background checks - Valid driver’s license and safe driving record *Aspire Living & Learning believes it must play an active role in creating a community of employees that is diverse, inclusive and equitable.
