Job Responsibilities： Perform routine quality control testing according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately document testing results and maintain laboratory records. Conduct molecular biology assays, including DNA quantification, agarose gel electrophoresis, restriction digestion, endotoxin testing, and other QC-related analyses. Perform product aliquoting, labeling, and final preparation before product release according to established procedures. Review and verify laboratory test results to ensure products meet quality specifications before release. Report quality issues promptly and assist in deviation investigations and root cause analysis. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Collaborate with Production and other departments to support smooth manufacturing operations. Follow laboratory safety requirements and company quality management procedures. Participate in continuous improvement activities and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with laboratory internship or relevant working experience are welcome, but experience is not required.
