## Overview Maintaining medical related equipment that includes repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety to ensure patient / staff safety and correct diagnosis for medical providers, and to ensure compliance for the Environment of Care. ## Responsibilities Maintaining medical related equipment that includes repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety to ensure patient / staff safety and correct diagnosis for medical providers, and to ensure compliance for the Environment of Care. ## Qualifications **Education** - Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Engineering Required - In lieu of degree, can have one of the following: Required - Equivalent Military Biomed Tech Program or - Two (2) years equivalent experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field or - Industry recognized Certification (AAMI / ACI CBET, CRES, CLES) or **Work Experience** - 2 years of HTM experience Required or - In lieu of degree four (4) years of total experience Required **Licenses and Certifications** - None Required ## Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Healthcare Corporate
