The position supports investigations of inner ear cellular biology through the design and execution of laboratory experiments, preparation and analysis of biological specimens, management of transgenic mouse colonies, and collection and interpretation of microscopy data. A Master's degree is required, with a preferred field of study in Miscellaneous Biology. Familiarity with state-of-the-art confocal microscopy systems, computational analysis of microscopy data, transgenic mice and mouse colony management, and sample preparation for confocal microscopy is preferred. Additional Qualifications Certifications & Licenses Master's degree Field of Study Miscellaneous Biology Software Microsoft Office Skills Familiarity with state-of-the-art confocal microscopy systems Experience with computational analysis of microscopy data Experience with transgenic mice and mouse colony management Experience with sample preparation for confocal microscopy Deliverables Data Analysis and Reports: Written summaries of experimental findings, including figures and interpretations, delivered as needed for internal review…
