Revit Designer & Modeler (Electrical / Infrastructure) Location: Hybrid / Remote - San Jose Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Remote Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 (dependent on experience) Why join us? What to Expect You'll work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to cutting-edge BIM workflows while helping to raise standards across major engineering projects. - Work on large-scale, technically challenging rail and infrastructure projects - Be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team - Help drive BIM innovation and digital delivery best practices - Access career development, training, and certification support - Enjoy a flexible hybrid working environment with modern tools and workflows What You'll Do 3D Modeling & Delivery - Develop accurate, high-quality 3D Revit models for electrical engineering projects - Translate engineering markups into detailed, coordinated BIM deliverables - Create and manage Revit families to support efficient project delivery Coordination & Collaboration - Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate designs - Coordinate BIM models across disciplines throughout the project lifecycle - Support seamless collaboration using Autodesk Construction Cloud Quality & Standards - Ensure compliance with BIM Level 2 standards and company protocols - Conduct model reviews to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness - Apply best practices to improve efficiency and modeling quality Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Support BIM/CAD system upgrades and optimization initiatives - Contribute to improving workflows, standards, and digital delivery processes - Help evolve BIM capabilities across projects and teams What You'll Bring - 5-10 years of working experience within Revit environments - Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, standards, and project lifecycle delivery - Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Forma, or other similar software packages - Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality 3D models efficiently - Strong understanding of engineering drawings, codes, and standards - Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Desirable but non-essential - Autodesk or BIM-related certifications - Experience on rail or infrastructure projects - Exposure to BIM automation or digital delivery tools At 3Vi, we invest in the people who build the infrastructure of tomorrow.
