Billing Specialist

At Cuningham, our accounting team is part of what makes that possible, supporting project teams across our offices in Minneapolis, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Diego, Orlando, and Culver City as they bring bold ideas to life. We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is based in Minneapolis or Phoenix with hybrid flexibility, and we're open to remote candidates. You'll prepare, issue, and maintain accurate client invoices across an active project portfolio, translating contract terms and PM billing instructions into client-ready invoices across fixed fee, hourly/T&M, percent complete, and milestone structures. You'll also track unbilled WIP, apply approved rates and markups, and support AR follow-up to keep revenue billed and tracked against budget.
