Billing Specialist

**Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote** Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a Billing Specialist to manage legal billing, client payments, and collections. This position may be full-time or part-time and will be performed primarily remotely, with weekly management check-in. ## What You’ll Do - Manage the full billing cycle, from WIP reports and pre-bills through final invoices. - Monitor client accounts and payment activity daily. - Communicate with clients regarding invoices, balances, and payment arrangements. - Follow up consistently on outstanding balances. - Investigate and resolve billing issues. - Maintain accurate notes, records, and account information. - Work closely with attorneys, management, and the finance team. - Assist with accounts payable and other accounting projects as needed. ## What We’re Looking For - Legal billing or law firm experience preferred. - Collections or accounts-receivable experience is a plus. - Excellent telephone manner and client-service skills. - Strong writing, organization, and time-management skills. - High attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Comfort learning new technology and billing systems. - Empathy, patience, professionalism, and sound judgment. - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. - High school diploma or equivalent required. ## Compensation based on experience. ## About Antonyan Miranda Antonyan Miranda is Southern California’s premier family law litigation and appellate firm, specializing in complex and high-asset cases.
