As a Bilingual Recruiter at B&T Building Services you will be responsible for day-to-day functions involving recruiting processes and systems. Location : Orlando FL 32812 The work will consist at some level of the following tasks, but is not limited to: Assists in general recruiting processes aiding to primary recruiter Conduct outreach to candidates to schedule interviews Create Log In credentials for new hires Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes Assist with general onboarding inquiries Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing Excellent organization and time management skills Must speak English and Spanish Able to work independently. Minimum Requirements: -Must be punctual, responsible and independent. - Authorization to work in the United States is required. - High School Diploma Required - Minimum of 1 year of experience Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: 401K/403b Plan
