Bilingual Operations Supervisor

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage personnel, maintain strong client relationships, ensure service quality, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Assume full operational responsibility for an assigned business division or territory. - Supervise, motivate, and support field employees and team leads. - Conduct daily visits to job sites to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met. - Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. - Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees. - Assist with employee performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and termination procedures when necessary. - Prepare and manage employee schedules and staffing assignments. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. - Collaborate with management on sales and business development strategies. - Travel to client locations throughout the surrounding region as needed. - Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards are followed at all times. **Qualifications** - Previous operations, facilities management, janitorial, security, staffing, or related supervisory experience preferred. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Experience with scheduling, staffing, hiring, and employee relations. - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel within the assigned service area. - Availability to work Monday through Saturday as business needs require. - **Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.** **What We Offer** - 45k-48k yearly compensation. - Health Insurance. - Opportunities for career advancement - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Ongoing training and professional development If you are a motivated bilingual professional with operations experience and a passion for leading teams and serving customers, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing organization. \*\****Depending on the volume of interests and submissions, we will only be contacting applicants who meet all of the minimum requirements listed in the job description.
