We are currently hiring a detail-driven, litigation-savvy Paralegal to support our growing trial practice. In this critical role, you will take charge of case organization, discovery coordination, court calendaring, and expert communications, all while helping our clients feel heard, cared for, and informed. Whether it is preparing trial exhibits, managing deposition schedules, or organizing thousands of medical records, you will serve as the organizational backbone of the litigation process. What you’ll do: E-Filing and Legal Document Preparation: Accurately file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and trial materials in both federal and state courts. Ensure full compliance with local procedural rules and court deadlines to maintain case momentum and avoid delays. Case File Management and Technology Integration: Organize and maintain detailed case files using platforms such as CasePeer and Dropbox. Ensure all relevant documents, medical records, correspondence, and filings are updated, accessible, and systematically labeled. Litigation and Trial Support: Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including preparing exhibit lists, jury instructions, expert files, and trial binders. Coordinate the logistics of expert depositions, witness scheduling, and court submissions. Calendar Management and Case Coordination: Manage attorney and court calendars, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings. Track and confirm all litigation-related appointments, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Client and Provider Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers. Facilitate timely updates, treatment documentation, and ongoing communication to ensure both legal and medical needs are aligned and progressing.
