Bilingual Dispatcher (Mandarin/English)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Mandarin) to support our transportation operations in Port Reading, NJ. This on-site role is responsible for coordinating and tracking LTL and FTL shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Dispatch and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup to final delivery - Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, issues, or exceptions - Communicate with carriers, drivers, brokers, and customers in both English and Mandarin - Post, book, and manage loads using DAT Load Board - Verify rate confirmations, delivery details, and documentation accuracy - Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in a timely manner - Support daily transportation operations and assist with problem resolution as needed **Qualifications:** - Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) - At least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or transportation coordinator - Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board - Solid understanding of LTL and FTL shipping operations - Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills - Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Port Reading, NJ **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with multiple carriers and brokers - Familiarity with TMS or logistics management systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment **Work Type** **:** - Full-time, on-site **Pay**: $22 - $27 per hour **Benefits**: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(K), PTO
