This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with funding and licensing requirements, and strong relationships with members, families, and staff. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise DSPs and administrative staff - Manage member caseloads and attend planning meetings - Oversee payroll, billing, and documentation - Ensure compliance with service, licensing, and funding requirements - Train DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentation - Track certifications, compliance, and service data - Address service concerns, incidents, and complaints - Participate in on-call rotation and required meetings **Qualifications:** - **Fluency in English and Spanish (required)** - Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience (preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to pass background check and obtain DPS Fingerprint Card - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases - Reliable transportation; ability to travel as needed **Work Environment:** - Remote, work-from-home position - Dedicated home workspace required - Some travel and in-person meetings required **Arion Care Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
