The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package. Bilingual (Marshallese/English) candidates preferred. This position is Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM **Key Responsibilities** - Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers. - Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately. - Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately. - Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately. - Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines. - Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly. **Skills** - Ability to work and function independently and within a team. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds - knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Software - Able to perform proficiently on current practice management system and/or electronic medical records. **Required Qualifications** - High School diploma or equivalent is required. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred - Some customer service or call center experience preferred - Experience with electronic medical records is a plus **Why Join Community Clinic?** - Be a part of a mission-driven organization committed to providing access to health-care to everyone in your community! - Excellent Benefits Package including: - Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance - 403(b) Retirement plan (automatic employer contribution of 5% per paycheck!) - Paid Time Off and 10 Annual Paid Holidays - Employee Discounts for Care Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 40 - Hours
