**Guardian Angel Senior Services** is seeking an experienced, compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team as a **Home Care Education Nurse**. If you are passionate about educating others, developing caregivers, and improving the quality of care for seniors, we'd love to meet you! This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys teaching, coaching, and making a meaningful impact on both caregivers and clients. ## What You'll Do - Conduct skills training for new caregivers - Teach Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) competencies - Mentor caregivers through hands-on education and coaching - Complete competency evaluations and annual skills assessments - Assist with caregiver development and continuing education - Support compliance with Massachusetts home care regulations - Collaborate with our Scheduling and Clinical teams - Participate in quality assurance and caregiver performance improvement - Help maintain training records and required documentation ## Qualifications - Current Massachusetts RN License - Home Care, Home Health, or Long-Term Care experience preferred - Previous teaching, training, or supervisory experience is a plus - Strong communication and leadership skills - Organized with excellent documentation abilities - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic documentation - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ## We Offer - Competitive pay - Flexible part-time schedule - Supportive leadership team - Positive, family-oriented work environment - Opportunity to shape and develop exceptional caregivers - Meaningful work that improves the lives of seniors every day - Ongoing professional growth opportunities ## Why Guardian Angel Senior Services?
