This full-time position is designed to develop the future leadership of Big Sandy Superstore through a comprehensive, hands-on training path that prepares candidates to step into a Regional Manager role. **What You’ll Learn:** As a Regional Manager in Training, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of our business.
