We are seeking a dynamic **Beverage Manager** to oversee our strategic and daily beverage operations. In this role, you will direct daily operations across multiple venues, curate our premier wine program, and lead a service-driven team dedicated to exceptional member hospitality. **What You Will Do** - **Direct Operations:** Lead daily operations for restaurants, lounges, and banquets. - **Curate the Wine Program:** Build and maintain an on-brand, profitable wine portfolio. - **Financial Stewardship:** Manage beverage COGS, inventory accuracy, and margin targets. - **Develop Talent:** Train, coach, and schedule a high-performing bartending and service staff. - **Host Activations:** Support and execute member wine dinners, tastings, and special events. **What We Are Looking For** - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality/beverage leadership. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred. - **Skills:** Expert knowledge of spirits, beer, cocktails, and wine cellar management. - **Discipline:** Strong organizational skills handling inventory controls, purchasing, and POS systems. - **Physical:** Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. - **Schedule:** Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. **Compensation & Benefits** - **Base Salary:** $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience). - **Performance Incentive:** Earn up to an **additional 50% of your base salary** through our annual Wine Program incentive.
