**Looking for workplace flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client impact?** Our HR Consultants partner with organizations to deliver compliant, practical, and business-focused HR support. Consultants serve as trusted advisors to leadership teams while executing day-to-day HR operations that strengthen compliance and organizational performance. ***This position offers a flexible hybrid structure, combining remote work with onsite client support as needed.*** **Key Responsibilities** **HR Consulting Services** - Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance matters - Draft, update, and implement employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation - Support full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding - Manage transactional HR processes including leave administration (FMLA, state leave, ADA coordination), employee status changes, and personnel documentation - Lead and support workplace investigations and progressive discipline processes, including documentation, coaching, and termination guidance - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Assist clients in developing efficient HR workflows and scalable infrastructure **Payroll Support** - Assist with payroll processing for assigned clients in coordination with internal payroll resources - Help ensure payroll information is submitted accurately and on schedule - Partner with payroll support to address employee questions and resolve routine discrepancies - Maintain organized payroll-related records and documentation - Handle compensation information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism **Qualifications** - Associate or bachelor's degree preferred - 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience required - Experience supporting or processing payroll - Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance - Experience supporting multiple business units (can be within the same organization) - HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred, or ability to obtain within 1 year *Bene-Care is an equal opportunity employer.
