Bellman Attendant

## Overview The Bellman is responsible for providing excellent guest service by assisting guests with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, providing information about the property and local attractions, and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience throughout their stay. ## Description - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. - Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out. - Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities. - Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas. - Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special accommodations when needed. - Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping departments to ensure guest satisfaction. - Safely store and retrieve guest luggage as requested. - Assist with deliveries, packages, and guest messages. - Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. - Follow hotel safety, security, and guest service standards. ## Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and other heavy items up to 50 pounds. - Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor. - Knowledge of local area and attractions preferred. ### Compensation: - Hourly rate of $5.25 per hour plus tips. ### Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. - Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. - Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. ### Schedule: - Full-time or part-time positions available. - Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
