Provide a fond farewell to guests at departure, ensuring a lasting positive impression. 2. **Luggage Assistance:** Efficiently handle guests' luggage with care during check-in and check-out, including storage and retrieval in a timely manner. 3. **Information Resource:** Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing guests with information about the resort's amenities, activities, dining options, and directions around the property and local area. 4. **Safety and Security:** Maintain a vigilant eye for guest safety and security, reporting any unusual activities or safety hazards. 5. **Room Orientation:** Upon request, escort guests to their rooms, providing a brief orientation on room amenities and resort services. 6. **Special Requests and Deliveries:** Assist with delivering any special requests to guest rooms, such as mail, packages, or room service orders, in a courteous and timely manner. 7. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests, communicating effectively about guests' needs and preferences. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid **Florida** Driver's License and clean driving record - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. - A friendly, positive demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. **Physical Demands:** - This role requires extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
