Working collaboratively with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary care teams, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that support improved mental and emotional well-being. This position is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration, builds meaningful therapeutic relationships, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their mental health goals in an outpatient healthcare setting. **Schedule & Work Environment** - Full-time position, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. - Schedule may vary based on patient and departmental needs. - No routine weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts. - Outpatient behavioral health setting with opportunities to collaborate across multiple specialties. - Supportive, team-based environment focused on whole-person care. **Primary Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and establish individualized treatment plans. - Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. - Assess patients for safety concerns, including suicide risk, and develop appropriate intervention and safety plans. - Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care. - Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation within the electronic medical record. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and changing needs. - Provide education and support to patients and families regarding behavioral health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources. - Assist with care coordination, referrals, and connection to community resources when appropriate. - Maintain compliance with professional ethical standards, HIPAA, and organizational policies. - Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development. - Perform other duties as assigned to support behavioral health services. **Qualifications** - Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required. - Current Illinois licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required (or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by the position). - Previous outpatient behavioral health or integrated care experience preferred. - Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, crisis intervention, and behavioral health assessments. - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trusting therapeutic relationships with patients of diverse backgrounds. - Experience with electronic medical records preferred. - Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare. **Benefits** - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance. - Access to a mental health benefit at no cost. - Employer provided life and disability insurance. - $5,250 Tuition Reimbursement per year. - Immediate 401(k) match. - 40 hou…
