**Behavioral Health Therapist – Co-Responder Estes Park** - **Salary Range:** - Bachelor's Level = $24.04 - $33.66 per hour - Master's Level Unlicensed = $27.89 - $39.05 per hour - Master's Level Licensed = $31.75 - $44.42 per hour - All levels based on relevant years of experience - **Location:** Estes Park, Colorado - **Status:** Full time, 40 hours per week - **Hours**: Four 10-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, including a minimum of two weekend shifts per month. **Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. These services shall be provided to individuals who are in behavioral health crisis and whose needs cannot be accommodated safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment. **Essential Duties:** - Responded alongside law enforcement and first responders to behavioral health crises in community settings, providing on-scene assessment, crisis intervention, de-escalation, safety planning, and disposition recommendations. - Conducted behavioral health screenings, risk assessments, and brief therapeutic interventions to stabilize individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises. - Coordinated care with emergency departments, schools, crisis services, and community partners to facilitate referrals, continuity of care, and access to appropriate community resources. - Provided case management, advocacy, and resource navigation to support recovery, reduce hospitalization, and promote the least restrictive level of care. - Maintained accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and timely reporting while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field from an accredited College or University required - More than two years of experience in the mental health field and program application required **Licenses and Certifications:** - Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT) preferred - Valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire required; must maintain a clean driving record.
