Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor Responsibilities: Directly Supervise all Behavioral Health Technicians Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed with qualified staff Review staff documentation and reporting to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are being followed Participate in Treatment Teams of patients as needed Carrying out individual treatment plans prescribed by medical professionals. Maintaining strict patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA and 42 CFR Part 2 Transport to medical appointments and community support needs Provide support in completing personal living skills and independent community functions Basic facility housekeeping which may include laundry, dusting, vacuuming maintaining a clean and sanitary condition of the facility Performs job assignments, with attention to and in compliance with the Local, Federal, State, Program and Agency Mandated regulations, missions, values and ethics with a positive attitude Adheres to the agency’s policies and procedures Other Duties as assigned
