If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you! **What You'll Do** - Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.) - Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment - Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff - Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner - Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.) - Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support **What We're Looking For** - High School diploma or GED preferred - Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred - If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required - Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills - Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality - Dignified character that models recovery principles **Where You'll Work** Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93-bed residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
