We're seeking a **patient-focused technician** to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers. **Your Role:** - **Provide comprehensive patient care:** Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. - **Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping:** Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. - **Support operational efficiency:** Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. **What We're Looking For:** - **Minimum Qualifications:** High School Diploma and an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles. - **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. - **Technical & Clinical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). - **Physical & Other Requirements:** Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
