Behavioral Health Technician 11:00pm to 7:30am Overnights (NOC)

We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care in our detox and residential treatment programs. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you. **Schedule:** - Full-Time - Tuesday–Saturday - 11:00pm - 7:30am Supportive clinical team, opportunities for growth, training provided. mission-driven culture, paid time off, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), paid holidays and shift differential **Key Responsibilities** - Provide compassionate supervision and support to detox and residential clients - Assist with new client assessments and provide orientation to new clients - Monitor patient safety and document observations accurately - Obtain vital signs, conduct basic health screenings, and collect urinalysis specimens - Assist nursing staff with implementing treatment plans - Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts - Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control procedures - Transport clients to appointments or meetings as needed **Qualifications** - High school diploma or GED required - Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, mental health, or healthcare preferred - RADT or Certified with a DHCS approved provider - Valid driver's license with clean driving record - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Ability to remain calm during crisis situations Every shift is an opportunity to help first responders take the first steps toward lasting recovery.
