Qualified Level I candidates may be hired into this full-time position and receive full salary and eligible state benefits while completing board-approved supervision and progressing toward independent licensure. **$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE** **$6,000 CONTINUOUS SERVICE BONUS AVAILABLE** *Must meet eligibility criteria* **Basic Purpose** This Behavioral Health Professional position provides clinical services to youth receiving secure care treatment at the Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center (COJC) in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Services include behavioral health assessment, psychotherapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support the physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs of youth in care. **Key Responsibilities** - Manages an assigned clinical caseload of youth, serving as the primary individual and family therapist, and leading the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans. - Provides individual, group, and family therapy services using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. Common modalities utilized at COJC include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Problematic Sexual Behavior–Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents (PSB-CBT-A), as well as other clinically appropriate interventions. - Provides crisis intervention services to youth in accordance with COJC policies, procedures, and safety protocols. - Develops, facilitates, and evaluates treatment plans in collaboration with youth, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure individualized, goal-oriented care. - Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical staffing, supervision, and consultation to support high-quality clinical care and address the therapeutic needs of youth and their families. - Participates in on-call behavioral health provider rotations to ensure continuity of care and timely clinical response. - Maintains accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards, licensing requirements, and best practices. - Adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including consumer rights, confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA), professional ethics, and accreditation requirements relevant to the position. - Monitors youth progress toward treatment goals and adjust interventions based on clinical need and measurable outcomes. - Maintains professional licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements in accordance with state and professional standards. - Contributes to a trauma-informed, hope-centered, and culturally responsive treatment environment consistent with facility’s mission and values. **Other Duties:** - Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior. - Ability to multi-task and adapt to demanding and changing timelines. - Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion, integrity and sensitivity to confidentiality and privacy. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment while building strong re…
