**Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC)** is seeking a highly skilled **Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator** to lead our **outpatient clinical staff**. Reporting directly to the **Director of Outpatient Services**, the Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all phases of **management**, **administration**, and **clinical policies and procedures** within our outpatient services. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement, and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits and doesn’t include shift differentials. · FLSA Status: Exempt **Additional Compensation:** Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! · Evening – extra $3.75 hr. · Nights – extra $6.00 hr. · Weekends – extra $9.00 hr. · Holidays– extra $3.00 hr. On Call: Receive $1.00 per hour when on call. **Minimum Qualifications and Experience:** Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
