Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Children's Outpatient

**Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center** is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Behavioral Health Case Managers** to provide **direct mental health services** to children. The selected individual will be responsible for a range of services, including **individual**, **group**, and **family therapy**, as well as **case management**, **psychosocial evaluations**, and **treatment planning**. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date. - **Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II:** Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
