Ensures that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet Medical Assistance standards and regulations. The Behavioral Health Care Manager provides expertise and guidance to improve student care, program effectiveness, and clinical outcomes. Strong clinical background, experience in care management, and a passion for transforming service delivery through innovative practices. ECM is a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healthcare that aims to improve outcomes for high-need populations. This involves the coordination of medical, behavioral, and social services to address the full range of student needs, focusing on those with complex and chronic conditions. ECM programs are designed to optimize care delivery, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve the overall quality of life for students.
