You'll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically. **🌟 What You’ll Do** - Support students using data-driven supports - Help students transition between tasks and environments - Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans - Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress - Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members - Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting - Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies **📚 Why BxM?** At BxM, we’re more than a workplace!
