Paid training and RBT Certification! Location: Oakland, Pleasanton, Livermore, Hayward Job Type: PART-TIME Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 2-8pm. Must have afternoon and evening availability. Work Setting: In-home or In-clinic Compensation: $20–$24/hour, based on experience and training received. Increase after you obtain your Training and RBT certification! You’ll support children in developing communication, problem-solving, and social skills. We’re hiring entry-level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers. ### What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to teens. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities - Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately - Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support - Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions Why Choose BTS?
