Our world-class training will prepare you for the job! **What is Behavior Support?** Behavior Support performs a variety of tasks related to the care of clients served by Damar. **What would I be doing?** Some duties include client supervision and care, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential. **Where would I work with clients?** For this particular role, you could work on our Children's Residential campus located at 6067 Decatur Boulevard in Indianapolis. **What are the hours** **?** - 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) - 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) - 3rd shift (11:00 pm -7:30 am) - Weekend (7:00 am - 11:00 pm / Sat & Sun) \*Can pick up an optional 8 hour shift Monday-Friday *(\* Preferred shift may not be available at time of application.)* **Here are just a few of the benefits you'll enjoy at Damar:** - **Starting pay: $15.25 an hour!
