This role ensures shelves, coolers, and displays are fully stocked, properly rotated, and merchandised to Plum Market’s standards. The Team Member engages Guests with product knowledge, assists with receiving and stocking, and contributes to a clean, organized, and service-driven environment. **Who you are:** You are passionate about wine, beer, and liquor and are eager to grow your product knowledge. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-directed with strong attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break. Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted. **What you will do:** Provide exceptional Guest Service through friendly, informed, and helpful interactions.
