Your responsibilities will include: - Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately. - Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage. - Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. - Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments. - Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment. Qualifications - Graduation from an accredited RN program. - Current RN license in the state of North Carolina. - CPR certification or willingness to complete it. - *Preferred*: 2 years of nursing experience but not *required*. Work Environment - Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. - Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching. - Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
