Job description INTOWN GOLF CLUB LLC. Bartender Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is seeking a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. For our bartender position, we're looking for a candidate who takes pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day at the office. Bartender Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Bartender Requirements 2+ years of experience in bartending. Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays. A friendly, attentive attitude. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food. Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol. A passion for providing customers with high-quality service. Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws. Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.
