Your responsibilities include: Crafting and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages Taking food and beverage orders while providing attentive, friendly service Recommending menu items and promoting featured drinks and specials Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Preparing garnishes and ensuring presentation meets resort standards Handling guest payments accurately Following responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety standards Working closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to deliver exceptional service We're Looking For Someone Who Loves creating outstanding guest experiences Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is dependable, professional, and a strong team player Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work Is eager to learn and grow Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus (1�3 months preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic math skills and cash-handling ability Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds while working in a lively restaurant and bar environment.
