**Biaggi's is hiring Bartenders to help us create an incredible food & beverage experience for our guests. If you love serving people and know how to "wow" with your customer service...we want you to be on our team!** Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, and honest with strong beverage service experience. Must be available to work consistently, always have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator. **Bartender responsibilities include but are not limited to** preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests, interacting with customers, taking food & drink orders, serving guests with a warm, friendly smile, guest retention, cleaning, sanitizing, side work, teamwork of all varieties, reporting thoroughly to management, being responsible for cash and credit payments, etc. **Bartender Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays. - Valid alcohol certification. - Following recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients. - Preparing ingredients for service, including cutting, peeling, stuffing, etc. - Labeling & stocking all bar ingredients & garnishes so they are organized & easily accessible. - Operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards. - Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written). - Elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer. - Experience serving food.
