With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: - Always treats guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations. - Displays honesty & integrity. - Is an inspirational example able to motivate team members to be consistently engaged in serving. others, always looking for that opportunity. SPECIFIC DUTIES: - Greeting guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude. - Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu. - Prepare customers’ orders as requested accurately and efficiently. - Ring guest check correctly. Close the check to the proper method of payment, (i.e., cash, credit card or house charge). - Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area. - Performing opening and closing duties, as needed. - Maintaining the highest standards of food quality. - Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in café or restaurant costumer service environment. - Knowledgeable operating a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures. SALARY: $17.00/hour
