Sustainability matters to us, and through our unique Friend2Farmer initiative we invest in life-enriching projects that promote education, health, sustainability, and economic growth for coffee farming communities. ## The Opportunity We are seeking an uplifting, innovative and passionate barista to contribute to the success of our flagship coffee house, located in Easton Town Center. **Qualifications:**  3+ years' experience in the food or beverage industry  Specialty coffee lover  Self-motivated and Independent  Outstanding customer service skills  Able to lift 40 lbs / Work physically active shifts, largely standing / moving to serve guests  Goal-oriented and thrives in a team setting **Responsibilities:**  Knowledgeable about coffee, tea and drink preparation and industry trends  Deliver outstanding customer service and enthusiasm about specialty coffee & tea  Deliver innovative and signature beverages to company standard  Executes and upholds company systems and processes  Implements company initiatives to drive sales through delivery of exceptional products and experiences  Creates and maintains a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and teammates
