Keeping inline with cleanliness and organizational practices. - Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards. - Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, including restaurant or hotel experience. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. - Culinary experience or banquet experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to support kitchen operations effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest interaction and collaboration with sales, catering and culinary teams. - Experience with coffee preparation is beneficial but not required. - This position is guaranteed 40 hours a week, and may at times work in other areas of the hotel if business requires. - Join our team as an Attendant where your skills will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
