Banquet Server - Part Time/OnCall

**We are hiring Banquet Servers!** ### Banquet Server Duties - Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, décor) - Provide timely and courteous food and beverage service to guests - Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages in a professional manner - Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to answer guest questions - Clear tables efficiently and reset as needed throughout the event - Assist with event breakdown, including removing linens, dishware, and equipment - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Work closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service - Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Handle glassware, china, and equipment carefully to prevent damage - Adhere to company standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism **Why Concord?** Concord Hospitality invests in its associates by providing training and development at all levels, from interns to executive leaders.
