You will partner closely with Catering & Conference Services, Culinary, and hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about creating memorable events. ### Your Impact You will play a vital role in the success of the hotel's banquet operation by leading event execution, developing banquet team members, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring every event exceeds guest expectations. ### What You'll Be Doing ### Leadership & Ownership - Lead all banquet operations and daily event execution - Supervise banquet supervisors, captains, servers, bartenders, and setup teams - Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service - Maintain high service standards while creating an engaging work environment ### Event Operations - Oversee the execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, galas, and social events - Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accuracy and attention to detail - Conduct pre-shift meetings and event briefings with banquet staff - Ensure proper room setup, décor, audiovisual coordination, and event flow - Partner with Culinary to ensure seamless food production and service timing - Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining a positive guest experience ### Guest Experience - Deliver exceptional hospitality throughout every event - Interact with clients and event planners to ensure expectations are exceeded - Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery opportunities - Create memorable experiences through personalized service and attention to detail ### Team Collaboration - Partner closely with Catering & Conference Services, Sales, Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, and Front Office teams - Maintain open communication across departments to ensure successful event execution - Support hotel-wide initiatives and operational goals ### People Leadership - Recruit, train, coach, and develop banquet team members - Conduct performance coaching and provide ongoing feedback - Develop schedules based on business levels while managing labor productivity - Promote teamwork,…
