Your role will also involve maintaining accurate patient records and participating in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Up to date GPHC registration. Relevant Pharmacy qualification. Hospital experience as a pharmacist. Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
