Job Title: Invasive Cardiac Physiologist Banding: Band 7/8a Location: Brighton, East Sussex Hours: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Rate: £50 - £60 per hour Duration: 3 months We are seeking a highly skilled Invasive Cardiac Physiologist specializing in Electrophysiology (EP) to join our esteemed client in Brighton. This role involves performing advanced cardiac diagnostic procedures, including electrophysiology studies, ablations, and arrhythmia management. The successful candidate will work closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines. Key Responsibilities The role requires expertise in cardiac electrophysiology, including mapping, ablation procedures, and arrhythmia diagnostics. The physiologist will be responsible for analyzing complex intra-cardiac signals, assisting in catheter-based interventions, and providing specialist advice to clinicians. Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with UKAS accreditation standards are essential aspects of the role. Qualifications & Experience IBHRE / BHRS accreditation (preferred). Degree in Clinical Physiology or equivalent. Extensive experience in electrophysiology and arrhythmia management.
