This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a community setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programmes. What will your responsibilities be : The postholder will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to patients in their own homes or community clinics. This includes managing a varied caseload of individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as travel between patient locations is required. Qualifications and Experiences: HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent Proven experience in community physiotherapy Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice How to apply?
