Bakery/Production - Dion's Commissary Team

**Open interviews are held at the Commissary every Friday between 10 - 12 p.m.** **(4595 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109)** Our commissary is the heart of Dion’s. Why? Because it ensures our restaurants have everything they need to serve fresh, high-quality food every single day. Our bakery and production employees make this possible. From chopping fruit and mixing our famous ranch dressing to baking baguettes, these team members play a vital role in preparing the food our customers love. The care and dedication that go into our commissary show up in every pizza, salad, and sub we serve. **What You'll Do:** As a Bakery & Production employee, you’ll: - Operate equipment to produce and package food items, meeting daily production goals. - Accurately measure and weigh ingredients to prepare bakery products according to recipes and standards. - Label, date, and rotate products using a “first in, first out” system to ensure freshness. - Record time and temperatures to meet company and food safety standards. - Follow recipes, safety rules, and operating procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain health standards at all times and complete assigned cleaning duties to keep the facility safe and organized. - Protect company resources by following policies, practicing honesty, and maintaining a safe work environment. **What You'll Get:** - Starting pay: **$16.35/hour** - Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays - 401(k) and health insurance for eligible employees - Generous referral and incentive programs - Work-life balance in a supportive environment **What You'll Need:** - Reliable and consistent attendance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical capability to meet the demands of the role (standing, lifting, visual, and hearing requirements) - A proactive, hardworking attitude - Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace - Focus on achieving daily and weekly production goals We will continue to be successful when people are treated fairly, advance in their careers, and achieve their full potential.
