Bakery Assistant

**JOB SUMMARY:** If you have a passion for baking and are looking to grow, maybe it's time to give The Daily a shot. We are looking for a bakery assistant to join our Inman Park team! Duties will include following recipes, slicing bread, occasionally delivering our product, baking cookies and other pastries, making burgers buns, following our multi-day naturally leavened sourdough process, end of the day cleaning, and other related tasks. The Daily is a passion-powered café that supports local ingredients and features an in-house bakery. Along with providing crafted cookies and custom pastries, we strive for the ultimate goal of perfected sourdough bread. We work with high-quality ingredients, long fermentation techniques, heritage grains, and artisan flours. We are attempting to change the game and offer goods that everyone enjoys.
