This role assists with mise en place, dough preparation, baking, decorating, and maintaining bakery cleanliness and organization. ## Responsibilities **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking breads and pastries. - Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place for daily production. - Help with basic decorating, glazing, and finishing of baked goods. - Maintain organization of dry storage, refrigeration, and ingredient labeling. - Follow standardized recipes and portion controls accurately. - Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and workstations. - Support banquet and event preparation as needed. - Communicate supply needs and production updates to Head Baker ## Qualifications **Skills & Qualifications** - 1–2 years baking or pastry experience preferred. - Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices. - Strong attention to detail and consistency. - Ability to work early morning shifts and during high-volume event periods. - Team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within a luxury culinary environment **Compensation** - At $23.00/hourly **Compensation & Benefits** **As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:** - Employee Assistance Program. - Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire. - Paid sick leave. - Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule. - Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI). - Company provided uniforms - Continuing Education Allowance - Including support for local and national industry shows and the EM Certification Program through the GCSAA) - Employee meals are supplied during the summer months. - Availble Time Off This position will be posted until September 1st, 2026, unless filled sooner.
