About the Role DexCare is looking for a Senior Back End Engineer, Tech Lead who will expand the efforts around the DexCare platform. If you are an experienced back-end engineer who is excited about getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup with a well-established team and multiple large and respected clients, this might be the opportunity for you! As an engineer in this role, you will be a key part of building and scaling our core services and data infrastructure from the ground up. You will drive architectural decisions for back-end systems, define API standards, and mentor engineers across the team. Candidates should be prepared to interact daily with other engineers, as well as product managers, product designers, and solution architects.
